Soaked through

This is my first story; it’s a true story from a few years ago. Please feel free to give me your comments and you enjoy it as much as I did!!

I knew she wouldn’t be happy that I didn’t go and collect her as it was raining so heavy but I was really busy in the house that I’d lost track of the time, anyway she had turned 16 the day before so she wanted her ‘Independence’.
My name is Chris and I’m 24 and I’m the official guardian of Debbie, whose mum was travelling the world apparently ‘finding herself’ and Dad was quite happily bringing up his new family whilst not having seen or been in touch with Debbie in many years.
When Debbie finally came home she was soaked through to the skin, her light grey school uniform now dark and dripping onto my clean carpet.
Her uniform consisted of a tight fitting white blouse, which was now almost see through, her green tie which hung only about three inches from her neck and a short figure hugging skirt. Debbie was only short herself at 5’2” but had an amazing body, which recently I couldn’t stop looking at, her breasts were large for a young girl and she had one of the best bum’s I’d seen for a long while.
She walked into the house all guns blazing ‘why didn’t you pick me up?’ and ‘I’m soaked’. It didn’t help that I just started laughing at her, standing there trying to scold me whilst resembling a drown’t rat. It was then that she changed her manner and started getting upset, I then gave her a hug and I could feel just how wet she was with her large breast pressing against me. I asked what was up and she started telling me about a big row she had just had with her boyfriend.
