First Impressions.

Ok, so I feel I have to share this. I had a date with a guy tonight, it was our first date, we’ve never met before and he was really sweet and adorable. He’s 19, the same age as me and we met on a popular gay dating website just a few short weeks ago. I know it’s soon to be arranging a date with someone, but we seemed to have so much in common that it seemed rude to turn him down when he asked me if I wanted to go to dinner with him.

So we seemed to get on very well right away, right from the moment that I got to the restaurant and we introduced ourselves. I mean there was no awkwardness or anything; I think we genuinely like each other. He’s funny, smart, REALLY good looking and he has this whole sweet and innocent thing, which I just find really attractive about him. Oh, his name is Josh by the way. I should probably tell you that! Anyway, we went out to this fancy Italian restaurant in town and had a nice chat and like I said we got on really well. The food was AMAZING as well, but that’s not really important, even if it was crap I’d still have had the most amazing night! But by the time we’d finished our meal it felt like we’d barely even started getting to know each other. We both agreed on this so we decided to hang out for a bit longer. We ordered another drink each from the bar in the restaurant and discussed what we could do to prolong our evening. In the end we decided to go bowling, there’s a bowling alley across the street from the restaurant you see. It was convenient, not far to walk and seemed like a good idea to both of us.

Well, I say both of us, usually I hate bowling, but I was enjoying spending time with Josh so I just went along with it. I have to tell you though; bowling does have its upsides! Every time he got up to bowl I couldn’t help but check out his ass when he knelt down to throw his ball. His ass is phenomenal let me tell you! The best I’ve ever seen to be honest with you and it turned me on big time! It’s so beautifully round and peachy, even through his jeans it’s stunning, especially when he kept coming back to me and sitting so close that I could feel his body warmth and smell his aftershave, and smiling so sweetly at me. It was so cute the way he was so delighted when he got a high score. He completely thrashed me in case you’re interested; he won both games by a huge margin!

He obviously liked me too because when we left the bowling alley he told me that he didn’t want us to “split” yet, so he invited me back to “his place” for a drink, it turned out to be his parent’s place but they were out so it was fine. I was hesitant about it at first because it was our 1st date as I said, so I didn’t want to overstep the mark or over-do it. It was already developing far too quickly, after all we only met a few weeks ago online and we were already on a date! I wanted to say no to make sure that we weren’t rushing things, but somehow he talked me into it and convinced me that it was fine and that we were getting on so well that it would be a shame to split up so early in the night, so I went back with him. It was only for a drink so I figured that it wouldn’t be taking it too far, and plus we’d already had a couple of drinks at the restaurant, so I was kind of in the mood of another drink or too anyway.

When we got back we sat in his living room on the sofa chatting, it was amazing! I’ve never had a first date like that, where I’ve instantly connected with someone like me and Josh did. But anyway, we both had a few drinks while we were talking (alcoholic of course) and I was starting to feel a little bit tipsy so I told him that maybe it was time to call it a night and for me to go home and get some sleep and that I would call him tomorrow. But he said that he didn’t want me to go yet as we were having such a good time. I agreed that I would have just one more drink, but then I should go before I got too drunk and did something stupid. I had the drink and we chatted some more about our favourite music and films, you know the sort of thing, and then I told him that I would call him tomorrow and I had to go home and get some sleep. He reluctantly agreed to let me go, I could see it in his eyes that he wanted me to stay longer, but he got up and opened the door for me after I picked up my coat from the hook, and I stepped outside. Did I tell you about his eyes? They are the most brilliant shade of blue I’ve ever seen, honestly, it’s like they’re like, glow in the dark or something! They’re so bright.

It was cold outside and I could feel the winter air biting at my face and hands. It was horrible out there; it really got to me after being inside Josh’s nice warm house. That was when we had that awkward moment, you know the one? Where you don’t know whether to kiss him, or hug him or just say goodbye…? But he leaned in to kiss me so I accepted it and kissed him once, gently on the lips. I started to pull away but he grabbed me and pulled me towards him again and we started full on making out with each other! That was when I first felt myself losing control of the situation. I really wanted to slow it down, my head was telling me that this was the wrong thing to do, I remember feeling instantly guilty at what I secretly wanted to happen.
