Tina Didn’t Want Me To Go

Having exhausted my list of names, I decided it was time to move on. I dinked to shore and found my way to the office to check out. There were two clerks at the desk and, thankfully, the cute one stepped up.

“How can I help?” “Well, I want to check out. It’s time to move on.” “So soon? You haven’t even been here a month.” “Yeah, been trying to get my boat cleaned but haven’t had much luck with that. Got a list of names from the barmaid across the street but it just hasn’t worked out.” “So I’ve heard. It’s a small harbor. People talk. I’m Tina, by the way” she said as she gave me a very ‘knowing’ look and a wink.

Tina was probably 30, maybe 35. She was trim and fit with strawberry blonde hair tied back in a ponytail. She wore a wedding ring and, as we were talking, fiddled with it, eventually getting it turned around with the stone on the inside. I thought that a bit unusual but dismissed it. She had on a conservative button up blouse and, oddly, was wearing a skirt. “I’m sorry to see you go so soon. After some of what I’ve been hearing I was hoping to get to know you better.”

As she said this, she looked intently at me, her eyes piercing through me. “Oh, just what have you been hearing about me?” “Let’s go somewhere more private” she said as she called out “Sarah. I’m going on break. Watch the counter, would ya?”

She led me outside and around to the side of the building where she unlocked a door to a storage, supply room. She turned on the lights, closed and locked the door. She turned to me and said, “I’ve heard that you’re a horny guy always looking for some action and that you know how to satisfy a woman.” “Well … uh … I, uh, I umm….” I was stammering like someone caught in a lie.
